By joining, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commissions

  • Affiliates earn 40% commission on every sale made through their unique tracking link.

  • Commissions are paid 30 days after the sale to allow for refunds.

  • Payouts require a minimum balance of $30.

2. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates agree that they will NOT:

  • Post affiliate links inside the ClipArtistry Heaven Facebook Group, BeyondBrand Academy, or any private community owned by Lucille.

  • Spam, mislead, or pressure users to purchase.

  • Use misleading claims or false advertising.

3. Promotional Rights

  • You may promote using: your social media, website, email list, or personal platforms.

  • You may not run paid ads using Lucille’s name, ClipArtistry Heaven, BeyondBrand, or any trademarked brand assets.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • If a customer requests a refund, the affiliate commission for that sale is voided.

  • Chargebacks result in commission reversal.

5. Account Access

  • Affiliates must create their own unique login and must not share passwords or dashboards with others.

6. Removal from Program

Lucille reserves the right to remove an affiliate if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraud is detected

  • The affiliate behaves inappropriately or unethically

7. Agreement

By joining the program, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
