All assets downloadable from ClipArtistry Heaven (including illustrations, premium clipart packs, vector design sets, and graphic layers) come with a Commercial Use License.

✅ Allowed Usage:

• ✔ Use our assets inside client websites, physical prints, print-on-demand layouts, advertising banners, and digital products.

❌ Prohibited Usage:

• ✖ You cannot resell, redistribute, sub-license, repackage, or gift our raw source files (SVG, transparent PNG background files, vector templates) in any shape or form.

Active registration in "The Vault" membership provides digital access keys to download our massive database. Keep in mind:

Single Creator License: Your Vault login credentials are strictly dedicated to one singular creator. Sharing credentials, multi-location remote pooling of accounts, or publishing your secure download keys online immediately voids access.

API and Download Controls: While standard manual downloads do not carry rigid restrictive caps under normal individual creator workflows, automated tools and engines calling our background APIs may carry system-enforced call limits or rate caps. These dynamic restrictions keep our design server healthy for all global creators.

ClipArtistry Heaven provides next-gen generative engines to allow customized modifications or generative scaling of graphics.

Respecting Safety Boundaries: You agree not to manipulate or prompt our generative interface to construct harmful, highly explicit, copyright-violating, or highly abusive graphics.

Outside of our clear individual asset licensing arrangements, all visual branding, UX designs, front-end software codes, CSS presets, trademark symbols, and logos belong solely to ClipArtistry Heaven.

Scraping our proprietary platform templates or cloning our system infrastructure and claiming intellectual authority is highly illegal and leads directly to immediate statutory actions.

We preserve our community safety by reserving the sole right to lock down or temporarily suspend user accounts that cross explicit design policy lines, such as providing login keys to public digital forums or executing script-driven crawlers to pull massive chunks of database records.

Billing Operations: All transaction processing, payment checkouts, and premium service activations are processed securely via industry-standard local and international payment gateways. Customer support inquiries and download support tickets are handled directly by the ClipArtistry Heaven helpdesk.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, specifically complying with the regulations of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA). Any legal actions arising from your usage of our digital materials must be brought before the competent courts of South Africa.
